Return & Refund Policy

At Drake's Dining ("Drakes", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality food and service. Because we prepare food items fresh upon receiving your order, all purchases made through our website are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Food Orders

All food items purchased through our website are prepared specifically for each customer order. Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been prepared.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 10 minutes of placing the order, provided food preparation has not yet begun.

After 10 minutes from the time the order is placed, cancellations will not be permitted as preparation begins immediately to ensure freshness and timely pickup.

3. Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the scheduled pickup time.

If an order is not picked up:

  • Our team may attempt to contact the customer using the provided phone number.
  • Orders will be held the same day and may be retained for up to one additional day at management discretion.
  • After this period, the order may be discarded.
  • No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely online via Stripe. We do not accept cash payments at pickup.

5. Limited Exceptions

Although we maintain a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of our products, exceptions may apply in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical payment processing errors.
  • Payment successfully processed but order not received by our system.
  • Verified system malfunction that prevents order fulfillment.

Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under United States law, Drake's Dining shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, supply disruptions, or technical failures.

8. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama.
